Learn to Row at Melton Hill Lake

Are you interested in learning how to row on beautiful Melton Hill Lake? Our neighbors at Atomic Rowing and the Oak Ridge Rowing Association are offering a Learn to Row program this fall — perfect for both youth and adults who want to try rowing for the first time.

Program Details (September 2 – December 11, 2025):
Youth Rowing (ages 12–16): Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:15–6:15 PM
Adult Rowing (ages 22–70): Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30–8:30 PM
Whether you’re looking for a fun new activity, cross-training for another sport, or simply want to enjoy time on the water, rowing is a great way to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Group Paddling in Oak Ridge, TN
JOIN US!
Join us for a scenic group paddle as we explore 6 miles of the Pellissippi Blueway, starting from Melton Lake Park in Oak Ridge and ending at Solway Park.

Participants will meet at River Run Outfitters (695 Melton Lake Drive). Please bring your life vest, paddle, water, and a snack.
