We collect limited personal information (such as your name, phone number, and email) when you make a reservation through our booking platform. This information is used solely for the purposes of completing your reservation and communicating with you about your rental.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketers.

All payment transactions are handled securely through our third-party booking provider, Peek.com, and are subject to their terms of service and privacy practices.

Rental Policy

• Reservations: Bookings for Melton Hill Lake reservations can be made online. Norris Lake reservations may require a call ahead to confirm staff availability and reservations can also be made online.
• Waivers: All renters must complete a digital waiver before equipment use.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Safety: Life jackets are required for all watercraft rentals and are provided with your rental.

Terms of Use

By using our website or booking services, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and current information when making a reservation.
• You are responsible for any equipment you rent, and damage fees may apply if items are returned in poor condition.
• You will follow all posted safety rules and guidelines provided by staff at the time of rental.
